To provide all members of the development with:
  • Open and fair voting procedures
  • Equal access to HOA communications
  • Candidate qualifications and reasonable nomination procedures
  • Voting Qualifications, proxy information, polling times
  • Election timelines

The law requires an "independent third party" to conduct elections.
