Ms. Gabriela Bernal, MSW is the CEO of  Santa Rosa Community Health, an organization with sites throughout Santa Rosa that provides critical health services to primarily low income patients. She anticipate being negatively affected by the Federal policies toward immigrants and the potential loss of ACA subsidies as well as access to other Federal grant funding.
